Remedial Massage is an umbrella term that covers many soft tissue techniques, generally speaking, Remedial Massage consists of:
- A thorough client history and assessment
- A specific treatment plan for each client
- Soft tissue techniques, stretches, and exercizes
The issue with most Remedial Therapists in Brisbane is that they drop out of the industry within 18 months of graduating.
I have had my hands on bodies day in day out for over 10 years which equates to 1000’s up 1000’s of hours of treating every condition you can think of.
Deep Tissue Massage
Are you suffering from Back Pain and have been from physio to chiro to massage therapist and still in pain?
Are you looking for a Deep Tissue Massage Therapist in Brisbane?
In 10 years of working in the industry, I have had the advantage of having ‘a lot’ of massage personally and I can say that there are very few therapists that can actually perform effective deep tissue massage.
Deep Tissue Massage is an art and as a Remedial Therapists, I am constantly seeking to evolve and improve my ability to treat at a deep level that you the client is comfortable with, with the goal to get you back to what you need to do. Play with the kids, run that marathon, back to the gym, compete, or get out of the pain loop.
There is deep tissue massage, then there is DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE!
My mission is to raise the bar in the Remedial Massage Brisbane game and provide the highest quality of care in the industry, second to none!
In my 10 years of working in the industry I have been lucky enough to work with many sporting athletes, to name drop a few:
The Wallabies, The Broncos, The AIS, OZ – Swimmers and Rowers, Western Bull Dogs, and the list goes on.
In my experience, the great thing about working with Athletes is that they know their bodies so well and they are very receptive to the type of work that I do.
Athletes are Massage connoisseurs and can smell a bad massage a mile away, which I totally get because generally, the quality is just not there.
Need reassurance read what my clients are saying!

- To create momentum in the body (this will be explained)
- To make change sustainable (I discuss this in detail)
- I systematically show (through video) how to self-release (explained)
