How do we treat?
What is your story?

Remedial Massage is an umbrella term that covers a wide range of soft tissue massage techniques such as:

Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Myo-Fascial Release, Muscle Energy Techniques, PNF stretching, Trigger Point Release, Active Release Therapy, and the list goes on.

In the Remedial Massage Brisbane circles, definitions will vary from clinic to clinic and therapist to therapist, however, the key points that distinguish Remedial Massage are, there is a thorough assessment of the individual performed and specific protocols are adhered to when treating to achieve an outcome.

The issue with the industry is that 70% of all graduates leave the industry within 18 months of graduating hence the quality of service is always in a state of flux.

If you are wanting long-lasting change to your condition, be it back pain, neck pain, headaches, plantar fascia, or rehab, I can help.

I pride myself on raising the bar in the Brisbane City and have a goal of providing the highest quality of care in the industry.

I have been in the industry for over 10 years, massaged 1000’s of hours and 1000’s of people.

The journey begins with a history form which paints your history and situation, from there the assessment begins.

During the assessment, your posture, patterns, bends, kinks, and ranges of movement are explored and analyzed.

Once we understand the source of your pain, how long it has been there, the story behind it and the backdrop of your patterns we are ready to begin the journey back to health.

My goal is to do whatever it takes to help you get back to where you want to be.

The main differences between Remedial Massage and Swedish is in my opinion the depth of the work.  What do I mean by depth?

I like to use the analogy of a onion, the body has layers about 4 actually and what happens is that restrictions and adhesion’s ripple throughout the body and the layers of tissue.

Swedish works on the upper layers which has its place but does not make a fundamental deep change like true remedial does.

If you have pain and restriction of movement, unfortunately, Swedish Massage in Brisbane is not going to cut the cheese.  You need a Massage in Brisbane CBD Clinic that delivers what it promises.

How does Remedial Massage Brisbane work for back pain?  A great Remedial Therapist will perform a thorough Assessment of your situation that includes your history, Range of Movement tests, and Posture analysis.

The key is to create context!  To understand your back pain we need to take a birds eye view and look at the factors that got you into the situation.  From there we can reverse our way out with the goal of making long and lasting change.

I have been in the industry for over 10 years, most Remedial Therapists in Brisbane leave the industry after 18 months, which means the average therapist has not had the hands on time required to hone their craft.

My mission is to be the best deep tissue massage therapist in Brisbane CBD.

Wade the Massage Guy is the Founder of KINETIC

If you are suffering from Neck Pain you are definitely not alone.  It staggers me to see how many people are in pain and how many just put up with it, or accept it as part of their lives.

In my experience Neck Pain is one of the easiest areas of the body to fix and resolve long lasting pain, in some cases within one session.  I have had tangible results with many different clients over the years.

Neck Pain generally is not isolated, quite often is closely connected to a postural condition and normally plagues office workers.  Hence why I spend a lot of time educating you about making changes hence empowering you to make the changes long lasting and sustainable.
