The KINETIC Method™ is an evidence-informed framework developed through decades of clinical experience, combining modern pain science, neuroscience, movement principles, skilled touch and clinical reasoning to better understand the human body.
For people experiencing pain, recurring injuries or movement limitations, the KINETIC Method provides a deeper approach to care.
Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we explore the patterns behind your pain — how your body moves, adapts, compensates and responds — to create a personalised pathway towards improved movement, confidence and resilience.
For therapists, the KINETIC Method is a framework for developing Clinical Intelligence — the ability to observe more deeply, ask better questions, recognise meaningful patterns and adapt treatment with greater confidence.
It combines assessment, hands-on therapy, movement education and critical thinking to help practitioners understand not only where pain is felt, but why the body may have adapted in that way.
Become the kind of practitioner who consistently notices what others overlook, listens beyond the obvious, thinks critically, and helps people move beyond pain through evidence-informed practice, curiosity and lifelong learning.

I noticed a significant improvement in my mobility, muscle tension after the session. Calan has an incredible ability to find the source of pain and use the right combination of techniques to achieve lasting results. If you’re looking for someone who is skilled, caring, and genuinely passionate about helping people move and feel better, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.Posted on Google Brett MercerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A very thorough professional analysis of my issues. Explanation on why and the process to help rectify. Left feeling very much improved. Dillian knows his stuff 👍🏻Posted on Google MetzTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Been here second time now with Dillian and my partner goes to see Calan. Both really good therapists delivering proper remedial massages to get results, they know their stuff. Thanks again and see you again soon!Posted on Google Lucas BresslerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Exactly what I needed. Highly recommend.Posted on Google Maddie AitkenTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve followed Luiz from his previous clinic because he’s just that good. As an athlete, having the right massage therapist makes a huge difference, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, always takes the time to understand what’s going on, and tailors every treatment to what I need. A genuine asset to the team, I couldn’t recommend him morePosted on Google Nicole RTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dillian is all but magician material! Went in with severe, acute neck pain and it’s easily 80% better after just one visit. He gets in there to relieve the issue immediately, sans any of your typical therapists who will often start with the hard sell.Posted on Google Jane UrenTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. They got me in quickly. Identified and clearly explained my issue & what needed to be done to resolve it. While it was a little painful, I'm a whimp, I felt the benefits immediatelyPosted on Google AngelaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Just had an excellent session with Miki. I was in so much pain with a frozen shoulder. She assessed my posture, identified and explained the problem areas she wanted to focus on, then she set to work. She frequently checked to make sure I was okay with the pressure she was applying. I agree with previous reviewers - Miki is knowledgeable and strong, but she is also very kind and considerate. I felt comfortable and relaxed with her. Overall, I felt fortunate to be in her care and I would highly recommend her.Posted on Google Jackie MoorheadTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Kinetic is well located in the CBD. Appointments can be made online, which keeps things simple. I had Miki as my practitioner & she was kind & knowledgeable but strong! Really appreciated her work on my body to get me back on track whilst visiting Brisbane. Highly recommend 🌟Load more
The KINETIC Method is a modern framework for understanding pain, movement and human performance.
It brings together research from neuroscience, pain science, motor learning, biomechanics, psychology, communication, skilled touch and movement education into one practical system.
Rather than focusing on techniques alone, the KINETIC Method develops the ability to observe more clearly, think more critically, communicate more effectively and adapt to the unique needs of every individual.
At its heart, the KINETIC Method is about developing Clinical Intelligence—the ability to perceive meaningful information, recognise patterns, make informed decisions and continually refine outcomes through feedback.
Whether you're seeking relief from pain, improving movement, or learning to become a better practitioner, the same principles apply:
Observe. Understand. Adapt.
Twenty years ago, I believed what many therapists believe—that the more techniques I learned, the better therapist I would become.
So I studied.
Remedial massage.
Sports massage.
Myofascial techniques.
Trigger point therapy.
Movement.
Rehabilitation.
Assessment.
Anatomy.
Each course added another tool.
But something still didn't make sense.
Two people could arrive with identical symptoms and respond completely differently.
One recovered quickly.
Another didn't.
The more I worked with people, the more I realised the answers weren't found in another technique.
They were found in better questions.
Over thousands of treatments, I became less interested in asking,
"What technique should I use?"
and more interested in asking,
"What is this person's body trying to tell me?"
That shift changed everything.
The KINETIC Method grew from that question.
To redefine how people understand pain, movement and human potential by developing exceptional practitioners and empowering individuals to move with confidence throughout life.
Healthcare has never had more information.
Yet many people still feel confused.
Overwhelmed.
Disconnected from their bodies.
Practitioners are taught countless techniques, but often receive little guidance on developing the observational skills, communication and clinical reasoning needed to truly understand the person in front of them.
The KINETIC Method was created to bridge that gap.
It exists to reconnect science with practice.
Research with experience.
Knowledge with wisdom.
Treatment with education.
Our goal isn't simply to reduce pain.
It's to help people understand their bodies, move with greater confidence and develop the skills needed for lifelong health.
The KINETIC Method exists to integrate the best available evidence from neuroscience, movement science and clinical practice into practical education that improves lives.
We help people
Move better.
Understand their bodies.
Reduce pain.
Develop resilience.
Cultivate Clinical Intelligence.
